Intrinsic Biomechanics in Milton Keynes
Intrinsic Biomechanics is an ongoing screening-and-correction process that finds out why your body hurts or feels off, not just where. Your initial screening identifies imbalances and sets your corrective exercises; regular reassessments track your progress and adjust the plan as your body changes. NEWBODY by ID brings it to your home or workplace across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.
What is Intrinsic Biomechanics?
It’s a way of assessing how your body actually moves, then correcting the imbalances that cause pain or limit movement. It’s not a one-off test. The difference comes from reassessing and adjusting over time, so the changes stick rather than lasting a few weeks. (iMove Freely is one of the methods within it.)
Who is it for?
- People with pain when they move, or aches when they stop.
- Old injuries that keep flaring up.
- Anyone who wants to train without making things worse.
